General Policy Any participation in HALLYULIKETHAT services will constitute acceptance, understanding, and full compliance with HALLYULIKETHAT’s Terms and Conditions. HALLYULIKETHAT reserves the right to accept or refuse any order or request for any reason at any time. HALLYULIKETHAT reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. HALLYULIKETHAT will inform the buyers if there are any amendments done through Twitter and Email. Please be a hundred percent sure before submitting your orders. Submission of HALLYULIKETHAT’s order form means you are agreeing to HALLYULIKETHAT’s Terms and Conditions. Make sure to fill out the form with your complete and correct details. Always input your active email address, an automated email will be sent to you after filling up the form, the total amount due of your order including our payment details, and the master list will be sent to your active email address. Be a responsible buyer a.) demanding customers b.) being rude to admins c.) impatient with their orders d.) if the buyer is marked as a bogus buyer from other shop. We also have the right to cancel any group order/s in case of the following cases: a) The item becomes out of stock / unavailable; or b) The GO becomes too complicated to handle because of our supplier, etc. Blacklisted Bogus Buyer / Joy Reserves are defined as those that have filled or signed the form but failed to settle the total amount due within the given date & time. HALLYULIKETHAT reserves the right to post the information submitted to us and be marked as a Bogus Buyer / Joy Reserver to our shop. The following will be blacklisted to the shop: Joy Reserver & Bogus Buyer, Impatient & Rude Buyers, Buyers threatening the shop, owner & admins. Please be respectful and avoid saying inappropriate words. Local Shipment HALLYULIKETHAT is no longer liable for your package / parcel once we handover the items to the local courier. Rest assured that HALLYULIKETHAT will pack your order/s securely. Expect delayed deliveries due to some unexpected circumstances. Local shipping fees are subject to change depending on the actual weight and size of the items without prior notice. If an item was marked RTS (Return to Sender), the buyer must shoulder the shipping fee, whatever the reason is. Combined shipping is allowed ONLY IF the group order/s will fall under the same ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL. In the case that you’d like to combine your orders, a form will be sent to you. Your request will be reviewed for approval (1-2 days). No Clear Unedited Unboxing Video, No Refund/Replacement. The video must be unedited & clear, the video must start with the item inside the parcel. Outer case is just for the protection of goods. Dents, scratches & discolorations are not justifiable for return/exchange of product. HALLYULIKETHAT will only issue refunds if an item becomes OOS (Out of Stock) via BDO, GCash, and Paypal. Total Refund Due will be issued after the group orders are shipped out. Transfer fees will be deducted (if applicable). HALLYULIKETHAT reserves the right to deny any request regarding return/exchange if the item is deemed to have any trace of product usage, removal of label and tags, or disposal of product box or wrapping. If an item was returned due to wrong delivery, HALLYULIKETHAT will be responsible & must pay for the shipping fee of the product returned. However, If the item was returned due to the buyer’s personal reason, we will not shoulder any fees & other fees must be shouldered by the buyer. In the case that we sent you the wrong item/s, HALLYULIKETHAT will shoulder all the fees for re-delivery. However, a clear unboxing video is required for documentation. Photos are NOT acceptable. If the buyer is a minor, please inform your parent or guardian. HALLYULIKETHAT's responsibility will be done once the items have been shipped.
